Planning and coordinating specialized training programs in all areas related to water resources, improving their work performance skills, and choosing training programs that suit contemporary challenges and future needs.
Evaluating internal and external training programs through the actual return achieved on performance development.
Work to host experts and specialists to hold lectures and interest-based training courses, to benefit from their accumulated experiences in various activities.
Conducting qualifying courses for students and graduates to equip them with basic skills in all of the Ministry's program.
Preparing a concept and curriculum for training courses and linking them to the needs of the staff working in the ministry.
Designing and implementing the inevitable courses approved by the Council of Ministers.
Search and obtain certificates of quality, occupational safety, environment and other international standard certificates from internationally recognized and licensed organizations or bodies.
Presentation of the workflow on all the works and initiatives proposed by the Total Quality and Institutional Development Department, and the required solutions.
