Ensure that there is an approved bylaw with the Ministry clarifying the tasks of each department, as well as the existence of an approved organizational structure on which to base the tasks, responsibilities, duties and job description for each job.
Developing and improving the systems, mechanisms and procedures used in the ministry and applying the latest methods and international standard specifications to improve and increase the efficiency and skills of the employees.
Participating in preparing the long-term strategic plan of the Ministry in coordination with the relevant authorities, taking into consideration the vision and objectives of the Ministry and the internal and external variables.
Conducting the monitoring and review processes involved in all the procedures and mechanisms followed in the ministry and investigating all electronic and paper records and documents and the work assigned to each employee according to his signature and job rank, and taking necessary action when there are any breaches in the system.
